How long does a typical pressure washing job take?
Most single-service jobs (driveway, patio, or windows on an average home) take 1–3 hours. A full house soft wash with driveway and walkways usually runs 3–5 hours. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not required. As long as we can access water, the areas to be cleaned, and any gates, you're free to be out. We'll send before/after photos and a walkthrough note when we finish.
How should I prepare before you arrive?
Move cars, patio furniture, potted plants and grills away from the work area. Close all windows and exterior doors. Pick up loose items like toys, hoses and doormats. Let us know about any delicate landscaping or fragile fixtures.
Is pressure washing safe for stucco, paint, and windows?
Yes — when done right. We soft-wash stucco, siding and painted surfaces at low pressure with surface-safe detergents, and reserve high pressure for concrete and hard surfaces only.
What about my plants, pets, and outdoor pets' water bowls?
We rinse and protect nearby landscaping before, during, and after cleaning. Please keep pets inside during service and remove any outdoor food or water bowls from the work area.
Do you provide the water and equipment?
We bring all equipment, detergents, and hoses. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot and a standard outdoor outlet if power is required.
How often should I have my exterior cleaned?
For most LA homes: driveways and walkways once a year, house soft wash every 12–18 months, windows every 3–6 months, and trash bins monthly or quarterly depending on preference.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain is usually fine. For heavy rain or unsafe conditions we'll reach out to reschedule at no cost — quality and safety come first.
